1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ShipGauge (including our website, API, SDKs, and CLI tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

ShipGauge provides LLM cost tracking, CI eval gating, and production budget guardrails. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and project credentials.

3. Fair Usage & Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the ShipGauge platform or other users' project data. Usage exceeding your plan quota will be rate-limited or billed at standard published overage rates.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShipGauge provides pre-ship evaluation and budget alerting on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our CI gates and rate limiters strive to block regressions and cost overruns, ShipGauge is not liable for third-party provider billing discrepancies or downstream application errors.
